this is a 'fa cai shu' or 'moneytree' where they are many bells hung on it with various labels such as ' pin an ' , ' da ji ' and ' fa cai '. you can see many people throwing their coins(deng kia) onto the tree, trying to hit the bells.the bells also come in various sizes, so i guess the smaller u get, the luckier you can get from it. well, i managed to hit a small bell, abt the size of my thumb. the bell was ' FA CAI ' !!




im glad that im able to go river hong bao this yr and experience the cny 'atmosphere'..becos the last time i went there was 5 yrs old.. river hong bao is not at all ' out-dated '.. it's a place where u bring along your family and cherish the time together, since most of us( teenagers ) dont really spend much time with our family.
